We had an underfloor heating system installed by another company 3 years ago. The system never performed to its spec. Ben evaluated the system and proposed a solution to improve the performance, not only of the underfloor heating but the central heating system too. I found both Ben and Gaz very enthusiastic about their work and Ben even called me on the Saturday after the work was complete to check if all was ok. I was very pleased with the end result and the level of service. Ben even offered a reduction on the original quote as a not all of the work was required.
