Not able to do Gas Appliance work. Failed to fix gas fire problem and did not acknowledge failing. Refused to give refund. Work has since been successfully completed by another company. who cleared the problem properly. Chimney sweep was not necessary as they suggested.

The landlord of this property was notified of all problems although we cleared debris from around gas inlet and other areas. We advised landlord that to be double safe a chimney sweep should be contacted for advice. We left the fire working OK but by February 06 the problem started again. Landlord was advised of our first advice and refused to pay us to clear any more debris although we still advised a chimney sweep. The refund asked for was unfair as other work has been carried out.

When installing the heating system, they damaged the structure of the house. Recorded delivery letters to them have not been answered. The cost of repairing the damage caused by them is likely to be £2500.
