Courteous, polite and helpful in the planning stages, first class workmanship in the refitting of the two rooms, concern at all stages to ensure that I was happy with the work, and good service after completion putting right one or two minor problems. The customer stated at the time of completion that they were happy with the finished product. Cost of work only increased from original estimate when customer asked for additional work to be done - these costings were agreed at the time - there were no surprises. Designs were discussed and agreed before work commenced using CAD drawings. If a customer is unsatisfied with our design, I suspect they wouldn't contract us to do the work, or ask for an alternative design. Customer was away on business during work, which made communicating with this customer difficult. Good communication within C&G team. C&G acted with complete professionalism & courtesy whilst working at this customers property.

Although the kitchen and bathroom looked finished, the use of the rooms showed lots of unfinished edges and slapdash workmanship, even though the company rectified these, there are still areas that are not up to the expectation and money. Also continually answering phones all day, more telephony than carpentry. I would recommend them.
