- 2 Men loading/unloading
- Courier and general removal.
- Clearances (House, Flat, Garage) 
- Furniture Disposal 
- Any distance considered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
- Quotes are based on the information/Inventory you provide to us as we are not able to view your items prior to accepting your job. We do rely on accurate list of inventory and therefore It is important for you to understand that, you cannot list a few items and end up with a van load for the same price.
- Please it is important for you to let us know the size of your items and make clear the collection and delivery postcodes.
- Please do inform us if there is or would be a problem with regards to access to the building or property, ie steps, no driveway, narrow access parking, so we know what to expect.
- We reserve the right to make additional (charge)s, should you want us to make a stop at a different location from the original pick up/ delivery point.
- It is your responsibility, to let us know in advance if for any reason you wish to cancel a Job or change to a different date from the original date.
- It is also your responsibility to ensure that your items are properly packaged either in a box or bubble wrapped etc. except you have made a special request for us to help you package or bubble wrap or use a blanket.
- It is important for you to understand that anything can happen when goods are on transit. We do not take responsibility for already damaged goods which did not occur during transit. i.e. goods that has already been damaged before pick up and after delivery.
We charge 50 pounds extra for each hour of delay ( while you get the keys to your new property or sorting any other things). I'm sure it's not your case.
-There would be 30 % charge if a booking will be cancelled from you in less than 24h before. 

- Please if there is any query about the service we have offered you, let us know. We will try our best to resolve it
- We don't cover damages personally
