The lock had pretty much given up, and he took as long as it took to make the door secure for us until he could get the part, which luckily was the next day. Picked from thompsons because advert stated would speak to locksmith personally which I did. Malcolm attended within the hour and soon diagnosed problem. He was very thorough in showing me what the problem was and ordered part required from suppliers whilst on site. Made property secure overnight and returned as promised following day and rectified problem. Very efficient and polite and will certainly recommend to anyone
