Mark removed my split cast iron soil pipe and replaced it with new plastic. This involved making a couple tricky connections to existing bath and sink waste pipes. Mark arrived onsite with all the necessary fittings. All the old pipes were taken away from the site on completion. Great after service from Mark he called me a couple of days later to ensure all was OK with the job.

Mark removed an old conventional boiler downstairs, removed water tanks from the roof and hot water cylinder. He then installed and fitted a new Worcester Bosch combi system and replaced pipework back to the gas meter. New outside tap and double radiator. Mark turned up on time, kept me informed during the job and clearly has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work..

I have purposely not completed  the above categories as It Is insignificant having paid for a working central heating system which has NOT been provided.

Response from Carlton Plumbers:
I installed a central heating system that was commissioned and fully tested for over a month. I received full payment and left on good terms. Once I had left, other trades worked on site and then the customer proceeded to cover the entire ground floor with tiles and laminate flooring. Over four months later a problem arose under the ground floor but unfortunately the customer does not have the relevant Trace & Access Insurance cover that usually comes with Buildings Insurance. Trace & Access Insurance would have covered the cost of removing and replacing the flooring in order to investigate the problem and carry out remedial work. I have offered free practical and monetary help, as a gesture of goodwill, even though liability for the fault has not been established. All offers of help have been refused.The upstairs heating is in full working order and hot water is available at all relevant outlets.I also carried out many other works at this site such as the installation of a new bathroom suite, complete new soil stack, kitchen sink and hob, utility sink and toilet, washing machine and dishwasher.All of these are in good working order with no complaints.
