New carpet
I liked being able to choose a sample carpet at home. Mr Essex came and was helpful and efficient. 2 young men did the work and my husband and I are delighted with it.

Stair and landing carpet and matting (coir) in lobby

The home visit was made on time, options discussed, quotation given and accepted. A date and time were booked for the job- the carpet layer actually arrived early which was great. The job was completed to spec in good time and I am very satisfied. I will certainly use them again.
