This company offer an excellent service from beginning to end. Huw Carson set up the installation perfectly, offering detailed advice and unparalleled customer service. His team of Martin, Vlasti and Adrian were especially amazing. They planned a difficult installation meticulously and achieved an incredible result. The floor looks like a work of art. They worked incredibly hard and patiently and were a pleasure to have in my house. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They were very ambitious for the project. I would give them all the highest possible recommendation.

We had just completed an extension and required the removal of the old floor and a new one laid in an area of 27m2. The work was carried out professionally and completed in just two days by Vlast and Adrian. They were very courteous and kept us informed about what they were doing, including recommending some additional levelling work to ensure a successful outcome. Martin and Vlasty were the fitters with Hugh Carson also making regular visits and helping. The job was difficult - our old floor had been installed by another company, and according to our flooring expert had been mis-installed, leading to warping, with legal action continuing. So, Martin and Vlasty had to remove our old flooring which had a kitchen, cupboards, a wood-burner etc installed on top of it, which had underfloor heating in place and a family including a 1-year old living in the house. They did a great job, the stain is beautiful and the final oiling very good, Excellent finish.

Excellent from start to finish, especially the man who actually did most of the work, Vlasti. How he kept his mind on it I do not know, as his wife was expecting their first son that week, but he (with some help from brother Martin) did a superb job. Unfailingly courteous and informative, he told us when extra work was needed (minimal, and not apparent on the initial survey due to carpet then in place) and produced a great result. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic job by Martin and Huw. Quote was fair and accurate and quality of work was excellent. I felt happy to leave Martin with a set of house keys to come and go during the day. Carsons offered a detailed quote and gave expert advice prior to making a decision to proceed. Parquet/herringbone/pine bricks were sanded and sealed. They did a very professional job, were friendly and checked with me about several aspects of the work to check I was satisfied throughout. Even after the work was completed they kept in contact to advise about when to walk on the floor and move furniture in, taking a lot of pride in their work. I was very pleased with the result.

Care was taken in making sure the full extent of the job was known prior to the quote being given. The technician turned up a tad early but definitely on time. He was very polite and courteous and explained what he would do and why. I had to leave him in the house unattended and had no qualms about doing this. The result of the work done to the floor was better than I had anticipated. It has really brought the floor back to its former glory.

I'm amazed! My wooden floor looks like nothing happened! A washing machine was dropped right in the middle of my floor! Huw cut out the offending pieces - not the whole board but 2 pieces of timber within one board - and replaced them. The colouring was matched with the existing flooring that has been down for 15 years and was sanded last year. When I returned each evening, everything was tidy and secure. Carsons was the only company prepared to tackle this difficult job and I'm extremely happy and pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend such a reliable, courteous and expert flooring company.

A brilliant job by a really professional craftsman. We have had the parquet refinished twice before and this time the job was absolutely outstanding. I had an engineered walnut floor installed by Carsons throughout a small 2 bedroom flat. Huw Came around to quote and talk me through how best to install the floor, and Martin the fitter installed the floor. They were all really helpful, and the end result was fantastic. I had 7 different companies in to quote, and I felt the grade of walnut, and the thickness of the walnut was the best through Carsons. also, the fitting equally important, and martins made sure all the corners look great, not an easy job considering the flat is old and has many different shapes.
