Serviced Boiler and Undertook Annual Gas Safety Check

At very short notice Dylan came out at the agreed time early on a Saturday morning to service a boiler for me, a then unknown and new customer. The annual gas safety check was due in a couple of months so I asked him to do that too. The amount he charged was less than I have been charged for the annual gas safety check alone by a large firm in Brighton in the recent past and the result I have is a working boiler! The bottom line was, a bargain price, but decent quality work. I will be coming back!

Replaced boiler

I was really pleased with the work. I had a problem with the condensate waste as I have copper pipes and Dylan came up with a straightforward solution. He was professional and courteous; put a lot of consideration into how best to resolve any tricky aspects of my particular circumstances (old building, third floor flat etc) and made the whole job as painless and hassle free as he possibly could. Whilst on site I cheekily asked him about a couple of other jobs which he assisted me with and in all I would definately call him again for any work I need doing.

Installation of new boiler, and new radiators

I would definitely recommend Dylan, competitively priced, good quality work and good flexibility/problem solver which is always needed for old buildings! This is often where I find tradesmen can fall down but Dylan was great. Job started and finished exactly when we agreed.
