Extension to Utility Room
The work involved excavating the site, removal and rebuilding an external wall to increase floor area, extension of existing hip roof to suit, re-plastering throughout, concrete flooring and screeding. A successful project in every respect, completed on time and within estimate.

Demolish existing garage and then rebuild
Leigh and his son, Nick had to cope with the freezing temperatures and snow that we experienced during this job. Despite the weather they turned up each day on time and kept me informed when certain parts of the job couldn't be undertaken because of the weather. But they always found something they could do and efficiently re organised to keep on schedule. I am very pleased with the end result and have already talked to Leigh about quoting for some further work for me. I would recommend them without hesitation

General work on building as a result of purchase. Including replacing rotting weatherboarding with UPVC, guttering, changes to kitchen and utility.
Great jobs, nothing too small or too hard. Leigh is always cheerful and has a great can do attitude. I asked about a couple of extra tasks and amended some already quoted tasks, Leigh immediately gave prices and all work has been completed to an excellent standard. Would recommend him and his team to all.

Installation of rook lantern and window. Internal alterations and re-felt flat roofs.
Really pleased with the word done. Some excellent suggestions were made at the time of planning work, we were guided through all steps of the way and they organised all building control checks. We had a small leak after the work was completed and someone came the next day to sort it out. I wouldn't use any other builder, highly recommended.
