Apart from their excellent service, they arrived when they said they would. Another time they rang to say they were on their way. They were nice guys and they even took their boots off at the front door.

Replacement of stopcock.
Swift response to my call. Tried the cheapest option first, (removing and reconditioning existing tap). Unable to salvage old tap so cut tap away and replaced with new pipework and tap.
