Boiler and Megaflow system
Competitive price and pleasant to deal with. Could improve on: Tidiness: Found some of their waste discarded in the disused water tank. Workmanship: A few teething problems. Timeliness: 5 week lead time given for call-out post installation (albeit over holiday period). A more comprehensive explanation of the system and checks that can/ should be made in-between services would be helpful.

Surprised with feedback average 6.8 . Previous comments positive, 9/10. Priority given to emergencies. Client advised system was working, had heating/hot water but system loosing pressure. Busy time of year and not an emergency New years appointment was agreed. Client mentioned that he inspected the expansion vessel just after it was installed and released air out the valve, he now realise that he may have inadvertently upset the balance by doing this and this could be a cause of the gradual pressure loss. Problem now rectified.
