Earlier in the year I had a power flush done by a major utility company. My heating never worked properly after this despite calling the companies engineers to sort the problem. All they could offer was the system is a single pipe and needs re-piping. I contacted several heating companies for quotations. Caversham Heating, after considerable investigation, said they did not think the power flush had been done properly and instead of spending money on re-piping they recommended having another power flush to see if worked. They quoted for this and also for re-piping if their suggestion did not work. Whilst Caversham Plumbing were doing the power flush they took up some of the floor boards and confirmed that I had a twin pipe system. It is now 3 weeks since the work was done and the heating is working perfectly. I am so glad that I went with Caversham Heating not only do I have a heating system that works, but by following there advice I have saved some money.

Surprised with feedback average 6.8 . Previous comments positive, 9/10. Priority given to emergencies. Client advised system was working, had heating/hot water but system loosing pressure. Busy time of year and not an emergency New years appointment was agreed. Client mentioned that he inspected the expansion vessel just after it was installed and released air out the valve, he now realise that he may have inadvertently upset the balance by doing this and this could be a cause of the gradual pressure loss. Problem now rectified.
