Plumbing.
Always answers phone calls, which a lot of traders don't. Courteous and was good natured when I changed my mind about something mid-project! Prices are very reasonable and he keeps to what he says. I would be happy to recommend them.

Bathroom refit
We found Tony on Checkatrade and selected him based upon his comments received. Though only a small bathroom with a number of challenges faced Tony was never phased and has delivered exactly what we asked for; he kept the price to the estimate made and dealt with any issues raised positively and to our satisfaction. Definitely would recommend him and to demonstrate this we will be using him again for our ensuite next month.

Amateur standard of work shown in small shower/
cloakroom refurbishment. Incompetent and unacceptable finish in most areas where
this trader claimed proficiency, costing time, effort and money to rectify. Clear evidence of negligent, dishonest and potentially dangerous practice. Demanded payment before work was finished to be made to his wife. Wrote abusive
and libellous letter to customer before walking out.

I am never late, I’m polite and my workmanship is of a high standard. The customer complained about the dust and feel her manner could have been better.
Changes were made after work had begun, a close coupled toilet was priced for but the customer changed her mind requesting a wall hung toilet, this was more work and expense.
The customer changed her mind on the shower tray, requesting one to be made up.
My original estimate did not include extra work for new pipework to the loft space ready to take a new shower pump. The customer had originally wanted to keep the existing shower valve and keep the hot and cold water as they were. The customer insisted I change the pipework and instructed me on positioning, expecting me to bear the cost of the pump. This involved a lot of work, this is still unpaid.
I was at the customer’s property for two and half weeks, the money paid did not cover the cost of materials. I left the job as the relationship broke down. I was patient and reasonable with the customer but felt everything I did would not please her.

Tiling and plumbing
Very good, was able to give me a quote and carry out the work in 24 hours. Tiling done to a good standard and also sorted out some unforeseen plumbing problems at the same time at no extra cost.
