Central Heating Services is an SME established on the16th January 1986. The installation, service centre, stores facility and training centre operate from privately owned offices located in Farnborough and Basingstoke, where field operations, planned maintenance, reactive repairs, installation engineers and administrators are co-ordinated and managed. The company delivers a quality service to 35,000 social housing and over 7,000 private dwellings in accordance with Gas Safe regulations, all our operatives hold the relevant MCS, NICEIC & certificates in electrical and gas competence, our call centre is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Central heating.
Their chief Salesman/Engineer fully assessed the requirement and made recommendations about different boilers etc. Together with any available discounts, etc to contain the costs. Subsequently their engineer installed and updated to a high standard - coping well with any hiccups, etc. They generally had the right attitude to achieve a nice job.

Please see copy of my letter of thanks to Central Heating Services Ltd : - Dear Mr Conchie of Central Heating Services Ltd,     My wife and I are delighted to tell you that since your visit just four weeks ago to advise us on the alternative possibilities for updating our 25 year old central heating system; it is now done and highly satisfactory.     The thought of carpets and floorboards up in three rooms upstairs plus a change of boiler necessitating bricking up of redundant flue and much else besides, was a daunting prospect.     We can only give top marks to the installers Dave and Craig for their competence, care and patience in helping us to understand the new systems fitted.     Many thanks.

Fit a new boiler and remove old one.
Workman was very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing and showed us how everything worked. His pipework was outstanding! Would definitely recommend this company. Very pleased with our experience with CHS from start to finish.

Move gas feed, service boiler and install heated towel rack.
This is the 2nd time I've used CHS, the first was to install a new central heating system including boiler, about 3 years ago. We also pay to have them service our boiler each year. Whenever possible I will support a local business and in return I'm looking for fair prices and that all important level of service. CHS delivered in both those areas enough that I didn't even bother with alternate quotes for this latest piece of work. From the sales guys, through the engineers to the office support staff we've had nothing but good experiences. I should note that I particularly like a company that answers their phones and responds promptly. I would recommend them to anyone, they may not be the cheapest but I think the price fairly reflects the level of service on offer.

Complete refit of central heating (new boiler, radiators and pipework).
Very professional right from information provided during the quote and initial design right through to completion of the work. There were some challenges due to the design of the property, however the work was still completed on schedule.

Fix and Service Boiler
We previously used a different company to service our boiler, however they were unable to do it this time and recommended Central Heating Services Ltd. Their telephone manner was very courteous and the plumber arrived at the specified time which was booked. We cannot fault the work and the plumber explained what the problem was, along with managing to get the part he needed the same day - a huge advantage when the temperature outside is dropping! We would use the company again and would recommend them to others.
