Landlords maintenance cover

Small company offering a personal service I actually know the names of the guys turning up and they are very clued up at what they do top service. They actually carry out a full service and are not persistently trying to sell products to me under there maintenance agreement. Although they are slightly more expensive than British Gas they do offer a superior service, I only wish I found this company sooner. Have recommended to friends
