Required 30ft of new fence. CFH offered the cheapest quote so I was a bit skeptical of what was going to be offered, especially as a 30-40% upfront fee was required to cover materials etc., but as no formal written contract was in place I guess this was reasonable. I decided to upgrade fence panels to close board and arris rail style as the price was reasonable, so I wondered if it was too complex for CFH, however I needn't have worried as I think CFH have much experience in many types of job. Charlie was happy to visit a second time to discuss the new plans. And had a good understanding of what I wanted. Regarding the project, everything seemed to go exactly as I'd expect from a builder who took pride in their professionalism. I was given a quote promptly, and was contacted when he said he would. On the agreed day of the job the workmen turned up with all the required materials and stayed until finished. The overall result was probably better that I expected. I'll be using them again.

Brought them in to create the finish for the en suite that a previous, unrelated workman failed to provide. They did this without question. The quality of work was very high and Adrian did everything to ensure that it was done properly and went the extra mile on the whole job.
