“Having had some serious issues over the workmanship of our granite worktops, whereby the some of the installation was very poor and a chip was left not repaired along with problems of cleanliness; after a second visit the worktops now look amazing, fantastic repair and almost an invisible join. The workman have all been very polite and Julie in the office most helpful, however from my personal experience more focus on their customer after care services is required.”

The customer in question was disappointed with our services but we were unaware of the problems that they had, until we received the feedback.
We immediately contacted the customer in question and made an appointment to go back to finish a small up stand that was required (which could not be fitted at the time as work needed to be finished by another Trade), and also to supply an extra up stand. We needed to attend to a small chip to the underside of the worktop which was pointed out by the customer and also to do a final clean down to finish off.
After this revisit we made sure the customer was happy with the end result and asked if there was any other matters that needed addressing. The customer said they were happy with the end result and the worktops now looked amazing.
We felt very disappointed from the second feedback but can only learn from it.
