I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mr Chapman. He refitted 2 bathrooms for me and the work was of the highest standard. He's tidy and show an attention to detail which has resulted in 2 fabulous bathrooms. Price nice - Outstanding value for money - he's concientious and turned up when he said he would.

Two small check/repair jobs
We emailed Clive late on the 3rd Jan asking if he could come and check/repair a leaking pipe and toilet flush problem. He replied that night saying he could come first thing on the 5th. He arrived at 9am and was finished by 10am. Very professional, good job, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Shower room refurbishment
We are delighted with our new shower room which was completed on time and on budget. It has seen many visitors over this Christmas and New Year period, all of whom have been most impressed with the new layout and standard of work. The day work was due to start on our shower room my daughter was taken in to hospital for an emergency operation, (she remained in hospital for the following week.) Clive and Paul were just so understanding of this situation and did their very best to work around all our comings, goings and anxieties! We are very pleased with the plumbing and tiling, and also with the advice given as to the layout of this new shower room. Thanks Clive and Paul.

All downstairs radiators replaced with new.
The radiators were replaced exactly as I had wanted and also done at short notice as I particularly needed the work done as soon as possible. I was given a very fair price and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Clive again for either a small or large job. I would consider myself to be quite hard to please and I have had various work done over the years, Clive is probably the person I would feel most confident with in terms of excellent workmanship and value for money.

Downstairs radiators replaced.
I consider myself to be fairly critical and not the easiest to please. With that in mind, I confirm that Clive's work is first class. He replaced all of my downstairs radiators at a very fair price and also helped us out at short notice. I would not hesitate to use Clive for any small of large job in the future. In my opinion, if you want a fair and decent tradesman, Clive is the one to choose.

Kitchen and bathroom plumbing, and tiling
A good job completed - I felt that I could trust what Clive was telling me and I am, and will be, using him again. Gave really helpful advice throughout the process, and was happy to complete 'extra' pieces of work as they occurred, or we realised they needed doing. The kitchen is lovely, and the bathroom is exactly as I originally imagined it to be - but nicer!

New bathroom
Clive and his team of Paul (carpenter) and Brian (electrician), did a wonderful job of completely rebuilding our bathroom, extending one stud wall to enlarge the room, and fitting the suite, towel radiator, shower, tiling and flooring that we supplied. The standard of work was very high, and Clive, in particular, was thoughtful in finding solutions when problems revealed themselves. They were flexible and worked quickly. The final bill was higher than the quote only because of extras that we added. Clive has a very dry sense of humour, which, with his low quote, initially made us hesitate about engaging him. However, we are delighted with the results, and found the whole team very easy to have in the house. Would recommend without hesitation.

Removed and refitted our bathroom, including tiling and flooring
Clive and his team completed the work efficiently and to a very high standard. He was flexible when we changed our minds about a couple of things from the original quote/plan. He was also able to make useful suggestions about how to resolve a couple of the problems of our small bathroom. Although he wasn't able to get the job done within the week he happily arranged a convenient time to come back and finish off the last little bits. The guys were friendly and courteous and a pleasure to have round the house. Our bathroom has been transformed and looks so much better than we ever thought it would. Thanks Clive.
