Feel severely let down by CFR. We are now aware (As per independent surveyors report) that the work is not up to standard, “small holes and defects in some place " . "The waterproof finish is not fully bonded to the decking boards". "Decking below waterproofing is loose in places". Rubbish, Avoid. Leaked on 3 occasions, surveyors report suggests completely replacing the roof.

14 April 2012Response from Cheam Felt Roofing Ltd:
Our company installed this roof in July 2010 and it remained water tight for about 1 yr with no problems. In the last 6 months we have had to go back 6 times to check 6 different leaks into 6 different flats, upon our inspections we documented mechanical damage and compromise of the waterproofing roofing system. Something or someone is causing damage to this roof. We initially thought it could be Rodent/Bird damage, as the tenants have reported large birds etc and noise and was documented by the residents via email to Management Company. The roof covering is under a 15yr Guarantee, and Sealoflex have been out in August last year, and the customer to this date has had no further problems. Sealoflex being the manufacturer, has inspected and passed our works, and are happy with our installation that remains water tight, We truly are sorry the customer feels this way We strive to ensure quality workmanship at all times, hence our very good feedback on our website.
