New boiler.
Advised me during quotation the most suitable boiler for my premises. Boiler was also purchased by Chris for my job before a 10% price increase by the manufacturer in order to save me money. All work was clean and professional and I was kept advised during the installation process. Chris also filled out the paperwork and is registering the boiler in order for me to get an extended warranty. I will use Chris again and would recommend him.

Installation of new boiler.
Chris and James did an excellent job. Worked hard, jovial, easy to get along with and went the 'extra mile' between an good job and excellent job. The resulting heating system works very, very well. Interestingly, Chris was the only person interested in installing a weather compensating system for me - everyone else said they were too complex... Chris said he had one and it works really well. Well, Chris was right, the others were wrong.

Diverter valve replacement and service
Called Chris and he arrived, advised on the problem and fitted the Diverter valve the very next day in very quick time. Called to service boiler 2 weeks later arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Chris.

Replace a leaking valve to the cylinder in the airing cupboard
Chris couldn't make original appointment due to emergency gas leak callout, but arrived punctually for next appointment. Impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, manner and pleased that he could do the job the next evening (once he had got the part) and pleasantly surprised by the price which was less than I was expecting. Came as arranged the following day and worked continuously until job finished. Very professional, reliable and likeable. A real gem!

Replace a hot water cylinder
Chris went out of his way to replace the cylinder during a very busy time and before he stopped for Christmas. Work was completed on time and on budget.
