Chris came round to give a quote the day after I phoned him even though it was a Saturday, and then the work was done within a week without me needing to take time off work to be there. His quote seemed to be very reasonable and he stuck to the quote even though more slates needing replacing than he thought when he gave me the price. I'm very happy with his work, and will use him again if/when the next storm comes along.

The work started a week after we had originally arranged due to bad weather but Chris kept us informed of the delay. All work completed within 2 days. Chris was extremely tidy, polite, explained everything in detail and took a common sense approach. He fixed another problem which he spotted whilst doing the work and included it within the original quote. We had real trouble trying to get any roofer to provide a quote - and we tried a few - and even those who did turn up to assess the work, then failed to provide a written quote. Chris, on the other hand, turned up when he said he would and delivered a written quote on time. Nice bloke, good standard of work, really easy to deal with - we would recommend him to anyone
