The contractor arrived on time and worked consistently throughout the day, he was polite and left property tidy when finishing for the day.

Fixing a leaky boiler

The work was exceptional. The engineer was polite and got the job done fast and with care. The girl in the office... not so much. The initial visit was 30/12/11 and while I'll admit there was a few days of New Year and bank holidays it took about 10 days to get the part ordered and to the engineer. I had to make daily phone calls to get any information from them until the part had arrived and then customer the service was good. I.E. calling to confirm appointments and letting us know about over running jobs. I would use them again but my advice is call them if you don't hear anything

Found where our shower was leaking and fixed it!

It was easy to make an appointment. Plumbers were friendly and helpful and took time to explain what they were doing and answer questions. Would definately use again and recommend.

Fixing leak and repairing taps

I have used this firm a few times over the years and twice recently. They fixed my problems quickly and explained what they had done. On the last visit they had to send away for a part and it arrived in 2 days so job could be finished. I would recommend to anyone who wants a reliable plumber who will charge a reasonable rate and do a good job. Their telephone service was also very good. Called me back when they promised to do so and booked appointments without fuss.

Replace bath taps, re-washer basin

Polite and efficient. Asking whether we were happy if additional cutting was required. They even purchased additional pipe when although we had the taps ready on their arrival they were the wrong size. Very pleased with the work
