This was a major piece of work as there is no water at the back of the house, and involved the raising of floorboards through the length of the landing from the bathroom. This was compunded by the fact that our stopcock had seized and the Water Company stopcock couldnt be turned off either. But the engineer came and finished off the same day as the Water Company repaired their stopcock. Very tidy as usual, and a job that cannot be faulted. Thanks very much. We are very happy with the result.

We had a very stiff flow control lever on our thermostatic shower valve. They had previously tried to replace just the valve cartridge but were unable to remove it, so we had to have a complete replacement valve. They gave us a date and time, and costs, and everything was as they said. Very good service.

Our old boiler was nearing the end of its life and we felt it would also be more practical if the new one was moved from the ground floor to our 2nd floor before having 2 new bathrooms installed (by a different company). Our brief to Christopher was to install the boiler and set up the pipework in such a way so that 2 new power showers would also run off the new boiler. Various options were carefully discussed and once the plan of action had been decided on the work was carried out quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Christopher Plumbing did everything we asked, turned up punctually, cleared up each day and did all the work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending them and also using them again. We are very satisfied customers!

This company entrusted a large scale project to two workers. In my opinion the pipe work ended up in the wrong place, and radiators were allowed to flush onto the floor. They never cleaned up, and I was very disappointed. I feel that I am unable to recommend them.

In response to the customer comments above; The work was entrusted to two of my team who are more than capable and qualified to carrying out this straight forward installation. We ensured that all of our materials and work areas were kept clean at all times and there is absolutely no incident where water was allowed to flush onto any floor from any radiator as stated. However I was lead to believe by the customer that the plasterer had removed one radiator when we were not there. In my opinion the work was carried out to our usual high specification and the customer paid their bill in full on completion of the works along with written confirmation that they were completely satisfied with the work done as instructed. I feel sorry that the customer was not happy with work carried out.
