Cleaned roof and guttering, replaced ridge and hip tiles and checked the rest of the tiles.
Although the work was to the roof and I have been unable to check it closely it appears to have been to a very acceptable standard. No damage appears to have been caused by the very heavy rain we have had over the last couple of weeks.

In my opinion work carried out to repair block paving and install new Aco drains. New drains were cracked ,customers tools
used without permission and left unclean and debris not removed. Raised concerns with company and resolution agreed. Company has not delivered agreed resolution. I feel I have had very poor service.
