Both Paul and Mark spent an hour using a hose, to determine where the leak in the roof was coming in. This was on their initial visit to give estimates! Their workmanship is second to none. They are meticulous in all they do and a credit to their trade. We would recommend them to anyone and we intend having them back to do further work for us this summer.

CK Developments were fantastic when carrying out the job at my house. I had a wall knocked down, which made my kitchen 3 times its original size. At all times, they were professional and very tidy workmen. The total cost of the job was just under the estimate that they provided, and they finished 1 day ahead of the 5 week estimate given. I am having future work done on my house, and I will be using CK Developments to carry out this work. EXCELLENT JOB GUYS!!!!!

I had no idea of how I wanted the finished extension to look or have any idea of the plans, I just knew we needed more space. The company designed with whole space with some very innovative ideas to maximise the best use of the space available. This company spend 4 months on an extensive extension. The work was finished on time. The finish of the work was of the very highest standard.

We had an extension refit on our town centre site, and were able to continue trading whilst work carried out. Fantastic workmanship, friendly, reliable and helpful guys who carried out works. Refreshing to have a company whose tradesman don't continuously moan about work to be done, or any complications throughout the job. Would definitely use again, as have requested our head office to be refurbished when they are available. Would also recommend.
