Lounge light and Kitchen light fixed

Chris was very reliable and the job cost was very good compared to other quotes we received. Chris was very tidy and made the whole experience very easy going. I have no problem in using him again and recommending him. Finally a tradesman who doesn't speak in riddles and over promise and under deliver.

Emergency call out following fire

Chris did an excellent job following an emergency call to make the property safe after a fire. He provided a certificate saying what needed doing to bring the property up to present day requirements Since then In my opinion I have been unable to get him to complete the task of repairing the wiring and bringing it up to present day standards..  He very rarely responds to phone calls and has failed to turn up on several occasions when he was expected. He appears to have too much work to do and lets others jump the queue

Ran new cable for light fitting in utility room, and put up new light fitting in the hall.

Chris was brilliant. He came promptly on two occasions and went out of his way to fit around other work being done by coming in the evening at short notice. He was a pleasure to have around and did an excellent job. We will definately call on him again and would not hesitate in recommending him to friends.

Make our security light work again

Chris was very good. He took is shoes off every time he entered the house. He was courteous all the time and felt more for us than he did himself. He came and went a few times over the course of about 6 weeks. He was faced with a unit he had never seen before. He took photos and did his research and found a company that still made them. Then it just kept getting lost by the carriers. When he fitted it according to the one he took out it still did not behave itself and again he did more research and ended up at our house actually talking to the company on the phone whilst looking at the unit in situ. At last he found the problem. I felt so sorry for him and gave him a generous tip, but he said he had promised that he would not charge any more than what he said at the beginning and would put the money in his children's money box.

Rewiring of two floors, installation of fire alarms and external lights and new circuit board.

Chris was terrific and I can't praise his work enough. He was recommended for the job by my builder and did a great job. He came up with practical solutions to the lighting in my new kitchen with a flair and enthusiasm. He often worked late so he could make good progress and quickly. He was very easy to work with and I have been really impressed with the quality of his workmanship. Can't recommend enough.
