Adam supplied a quote for a new boiler and answered emails in a timely manner. He turned up when he said he would which was excellent because there is nothing worse than waiting around for workmen who turn up 2 hours after they say they will. Dust sheets were put down to cover the carpets whilst they were working. I don't think they stopped for lunch. We now have a 'flushed' system, lovely warm home and hot water! Thank you Adam for your excellent service.

Adam was very good, He made a lot of effort to get some parts for our old boiler, even though he could not get them he did try harder then expected. He was polite, and also made a lot of effort to find out how best to install the boiler so that it was in a better position then the old one. Other people did not make this effort. Good value for money, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. He got everything installed quickly. We had hot water again after one day. Took another day to finish the job.

I had a failed Boiler (weekend it snowed!) and needed a replacement. Adam called, on time, to give an estimate and also very good advice on heating requirements and provided options to the existing system when I asked how it could be improved. He followed up with the quote within 24hrs and started the work very quickly after decision to go ahead. The Boiler needed moving from a previous badly positioned install and a new roof flue installing, which was done extremely neatly. Also installed new pump and heating controls which have made a difference to the energy bills. Struggled to find evidence of building work at the end of each day - very tidy! Work is very neat and professional, would not hesitate to recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Adam. He is extremely competent and thorough and this was a very complex new heating system that included a WB High Flow boiler and different types of radiators including cast iron rads. Due to a parquet flooring upstairs he had to channel the pipes in the ceiling below. He has a real "can do" attitude and nothing is a problem. He is very pleasant and trustworthy and arrived punctually every day and completed the work to time and budget. If you are looking for a pleasant, hardworking and competent plumber then I would definitely recommend that you get in touch with Adam for a quotation.

It is very hard to add to all the previous positive comments, other than to say ditto! We can't believe it was all done so quickly and painlessly. We have had some rather rotten experiences with builders and fitters over the past few years, so it is so nice to see that there are still professionals out there. It's great to be able to wholly recommend our current builder, and now our heating engineer too!

The trader replaced the old combi Bosh boiler with a new one. In my opinion the trader did not check the system afterwards. After replacing the boiler the whole house was rattling and vibrating. When we contacted the trader to remedy the work felt his attitude could have been better. He refused to rectify the job, telling me that I should start bleeding the radiators. If that did not work I would need another engineer to fix the problem.

Our gas boiler developed a fault so it intermittently wouldn't fire up. I contacted Adam who suggested a service may be the cure as the boiler hadn't been looked at since it was new 5 years ago. Adam arrived very promptly and carried out the service to the quoted price, but sadly it wasn't a cure. He then investigated other possible cures and suggested a new PCB board should do the trick as the originals were known to have a problem. He quickly obtained the part and fitted it. All is now working fine. Overall I have found Adam very prompt, reliable, tidy and accurate on costs. In other words, one happy customer!

So far Gloworm heat only boiler is vgood. New room stat works fine with extg boller timer. Heating on 24 hrs: Heating room Stat has no off setting but 5 temperature timed options. Intial survey on time and advice helpful. We cleared cpds and access areas as promised. Communicated via emails and tel. Arrived on start date on time. Let down by Suppliers unable to supply that day. Completed work as agreed time scale. We all work and left him other than arrival and exiting end of day very minor oversight on cleaning top of boiler making good flue opening.

Adam came out on an early Sunday morning following a boiler collapse caused by excess pressure when our boiler was restarted following a water leak on our street. He was polite, straightforward and very helpful. He identified a flaw in our existing setup which we explained would/should be repaired by the plumber who had installed the boiler. He was sufficiently concerned that he insisted we confirm with him that the repair had been affected so he could be sure of our safety (and his professional reputation). He affected a temporary fix and when it did not quite hold 30 minutes later he returned, at no charge, to fix it again. We had our original plumber complete the work which Adam came to inspect and we agreed was poor so we have asked Adam once again to come and finish the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam.

We had radiators leaking, he had to replace the 2 radiators and altered the pipe work to suit. He did a neat and tidy job and I would recommend Adam to all my friends and family. We will definitely be calling him out again in a emergency.
