Replaced summer house roof.

Steve and Andy replaced the roof of our summer house that had become very rotten and leaky. They used high grade ply and several layers of professional roofing material. They even put some guttering in place to prevent further damage and did not charge any extra for this. A really solid job at a reasonable price that should last for years and give the summer house a new lease of life. Thanks!

Redecorate 3 bedroom bungalow.

Steve from Classic Restorations has now done several jobs for me and this is the latest. I needed my mothers large 3 bedroom bungalow completely refurbished in preparation for rental. Classic Restorations had already done a very good job replacing the kitchen and bathroom. Steve and his team prepared and painted the house to a very high standard. They also did a considerable amount of 'snagging' as the property had been a little neglected and this was included in the price agreed. There were no surprises! The new tenants were delighted at the property and described it as being given a 'new house'. Steve does a great job at a fair price and is always helpful and completely trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Kitchen refurbishment.

Steve refurbished the kitchen in a 3 bedroom bungalow to enable me to rent it out. Initially we thought we could reuse the base units, but because I wanted to add spaces for more appliances. It became apparent that it would be more cost effective to replace the units completely. Steve put in a complete new kitchen, worktop, wall cupboards and sink very quickly and efficiently. He even managed to find some flooring that matched the existing, in order to cover up the gaps where base units had previously been situated. To keep costs down Steve used standard white tiles, but in a brick pattern that made them look far more expensive than they were. A solid job at the right price.

Replacement of bathroom, complete refurb.

I had to renovate my elderly mothers house quickly and cheaply to rent it out after she after she moved into a care home. I have used Steve before and he did and excellent and prompt job. The entire bathroom was stripped out, new suite fitted, tiled and flooring put in. Also he put in an extractor to combat a condensation problem and modern spotlights. The price was good and there were no surprise! The workmanship was excellent.

Refurbish 1 bed garden flat.

Steve and I agreed a fixed price for the extensive restoration of the flat. This included the bathroom, kitchen, flooring, garden and decorating. All were done to a very high standard and I was kept informed at all times if there were problems or changes to the plan. There were the inevitable glitches and last minute additions that I needed and Steve dealt with them quickly and efficiently, even coming to the flat on a Sunday to sort them out! I would recommend Classic Restorations wholeheartedly.
