Arrived on time and showing a real enthusiasm for getting every stain out! Previous owners had left the cream carpets a real mess with stains, dirt and footprints all over each room. The carpets scrubbed up and now look almost new again - the only dark areas are due to heavy wear and not dirt or spills. Described each stage of the process and even identified (and subsequently removed) some stains I hadn't noticed before! Great stuff - definitely recommended!

Tim came out on a Saturday to clean a large red wine stain from a cream carpet as I was keen to get it dealt with quickly.. I had not used Clean and Bright previously and was delighted that he was as good as all the comments on this site suggest - prompt, courteous, tidy and friendly. Tim was not sure he would be able to get all of the stain out as it had gone through to the carpet backing and he made me aware of this before he started the job but in fact it has almost completely disappeared and can only be seen if you know where to look! I am really pleased with the job he has done.

I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Tim Hersey from Clean and Bright. I had a rather urgent request to shampoo a 4 bedroom house and he made an exception to quote on the job, and agreed to complete it on the same day - within about 2 hours notice. Furthermore, he is pleasant, professional and honest, as well as very reasonable, and the final result was nothing short of outstanding. He even did a couple of rugs we threw in at the last minute! A stress and hassle free process. Tim was friendly and punctual and was happy to explain the cleaning process to me. He took time to try and remove stains, but was honest enough to say when it wouldn't come out with out damage to the carpet. Tim Hersey was able to come and quote a day early. Although he had just returned from a long flight after his holiday, because he learned that the carpets needed to be cleaned for someone returning shortly from hospital, he offered to clean the carpets there and then! It was a joy to find someone who really knew his job. A very fair price and I would be delighted to recommend Mr Hersey to anyone who is looking for a carpet cleaning specialist. The carpets were dirty and flattened by constant use of a wheelchair but after they had been cleaned they were not only clean and the tread restored but they smelled fresh too.

An excellent level of service - 10 out of 10 for success with getting stains out, even one that had been there a while! Really surprised me. Very friendly but also still professional. Someone who actually respected my home, arrived on time and genuinely cares about his work unlike so many out there! Would recommend many times over!
