Clean and reseal terra-cotta floor tiles.

Carried out work to a good standard. The floor tiles look nearly like new and are a complete transformation. I would use them again.

Sand down and oil wooden floor.

We received a prompt reply to our enquiry and received a full explanation and answers to our questions along with a competitive quotation. We were confident for the work to be done in our absence and were kept informed about progress. The places was left really tidy. The result is a beautiful 'as new' oak floor. We were given advice on aftercare and supplied with suitable products. We are delighted and have no hesitation to recommend Charles and his team.

Rug and chair cleaned after wine spill.

Few problems with them unable to turn up when scheduled due to 'circumstances beyond their control' (never did find out quite what had happened) but they rearranged and all was fine. Stain came out beautifully.
