Using a Groupon voucher I was sceptical when I booked for the work to be done. Charles arrived promptly at 7pm to give me the estimate and was extremely cheerful and enthusiastic, despite having been on the go since early morning. There was certainly no distinction made between myself and a 'full paying customer' as I had feared there might be. Barry arrived on the agreed date within the two hour window given and could not have been nicer or more efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, indeed he went above and beyond what was asked of him, leaving me with wonderfully clean, refreshed and brighter carpets. I would not hesitate to recommend Clean Plan Services to anyone.

Charles was very helpful and worked very hard to remove leftover grout and lime scale from my travertine bathroom tiles before sealing and polishing them. The result is amazing, smooth and shiny tiles with all the beautiful colours brought out by the sealer. He even managed to eliminate some spots of damage where bleach had been spilled on the floor. Great work.

They warned me before work was started that rust stains are notoriously difficult to remove. Nevertheless, the carpet was treated very carefully and the stains were very nearly completely eliminated - far better than could have been hoped for. Have now entrusted them to clean an expensive Indian rug.

Clean Plan Services responded almost immediately to a call to clean my lounge carpet after I had spilled a glass of red wine on it. I had tried cleaning it myself and had given up when I decided to call them at 4.30pm. Their representative turned up less than half an hour later and immediately set to the task. He was very polite, professional and thorough, completing the work successfully in a further half hour. Overall a very satisfactory outcome at a very reasonable price that saved me hundreds on a new carpet.

My slate floors were in a terrible state from improper care and cleaning. Clean Plan were the only company willing to tackle the problem having the skills to restore natural stone flooring. My floors look better than new. The gentlemen were professional and thorough and there was very little inconvenience.
