Marc came round and did a spot test and quoted us a price, he then came back later that week to do the job. He was very punctual and polite, informed us of everything he was doing and all products he was using. Our carpet which was very stained and grubby is now like new.

We had our hall and lounge carpets cleaned, we have a light coloured long pile carpet combined with a very long haired Ragdoll cat! So by no means an easy task! We were very impressed with the work completed, most of the communication was carried out by our neighbour who also had her carpets cleaned at the same time, she was equally as impressed!
