About us

We are a small family run business and we take great care to carry out all our work to the highest standards possible, as we want to keep our reputation that we have been building up for the past 15 years.  We treat every customer as an individual as everyone has their preferences and needs, and we always strive to fulfil these. We think that’s why so many of our customers have been using us regularly since we started many years ago.  

For over 15 years homeowners and landlords alike have entrusted us to maintain their beautiful properties.

 

We want our clients to know that we trust them. That's why we don't make anyone sign a contract. That way we know that they're continuing to use our services because they want to, not just because they've signed a piece of paper. And because we’ve proven our trustworthiness and consistency.

Monthly clean and windows, gutters, patio cleaned.

I found Zuzana and her team based on the references on Checkatrade and have been absolutely delighted! They came in to do an initial Spring clean of my home and are now returning monthly. Zuzana runs such a professional operation, but is so friendly, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with the work is her top priority, and it is hard to find fault. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would have no concerns whatsoever about them being in the house when I am out. In addition, Zuzana put me in touch with David who came round to spruce up the outside of the houses including windows, clearing gutters, even above the conservatory, and pressure washing the patio. Once again, the work was absolutely faultless! I am really happy and would definitely recommend! You may be able to find other companies that can do the job cheaper, but you definitely won't find anyone that does the job better, and that is more important to me.

Monthly clean of our home.

We were looking for a cleaner to take the load off and make life a little easier. We had looked at several agencies but didn't feel confident. Zuzana came round and listened to what we wanted. She was realistic from the start about time and cost and happy to fit into our schedule. We have been delighted with the results and have continued using them. It is always lovely to come home to a properly clean home.

Window cleaning, house cleaning, gutter clearing.

I have the highest praise for Zuzana and David's work. They are so positive and full of energy and nothing was too much trouble. Arrangements were easy as they both respond to calls and emails daily. They also arrive on time with all their own products and equipment, do excellent jobs and stick to their quoted prices. How refreshing! I shall certainly use their company again.

Fortnightly house clean.

I've had Zuzana's team round for a fortnightly clean and ironing for the last few months. The standard of service is excellent! Friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company. We had a previous terrible experience with other company and almost gave up finding a reliable company until we met Zuzanna, who makes sure high standards are maintained. In 3 months we haven't yet found a single thing to complain about or would say was below standard.

House cleaning and windows.

David has done our windows for years. Always does a great job. He is lovely and friendly, just the kind of person you want coming into your house, completely trustworthy and hardworking. Zuzana and her girls have been cleaning for us for the last month or so, the house has never been cleaner, they do a better job than I would. Completely trustworthy, pleasant and hardworking. I am very happy with them in the house whether I'm here or not, they are flexible with what they do or don't do. They are my cleaning fairies, would have no hesitation in recommending them and don't know what I'd do without them. Zuzana is also one of the loveliest ladies .I have met in a long time, an absolute pleasure to have in my life.

Cleaning

I was very happy with the work done by Zuzana's team. They cleaned to the same standard that I would, which is very important to me. It's a great feeling walking in to a lovely clean home at the end of the day.

House Clearning/Ironing/Window Cleaning

I've been with CleanRhome for about 5 years now. My Mum (who I trust in these matters) told me I should get a lady in her 50s to do the house cleaning because she would care about what she did and would notice the extra things that needed doing. CleanRhome are not in this age bracket (by a long way!) but the service they provide is exactly what I was looking for. I arranged to see a number of cleaners and most came with a clipboard, tick sheet and a contract and they all told me what they would be doing (in MY house!) and what they would definitely not be doing. Meeting Zuzana was a completely different experience. There were no forms or contracts, just a really friendly person who, instead of telling me what I would get, took the time to ask what it was that I actually wanted. The team are incredibly flexible and I am regularly asked if I'm happy with their work and whether there is anything else that I want them to do or any areas that I want a particular focus on. The team aren't always perfect, I wouldn't expect them to be, but they are extremely good, flexible and efficient. Most of all, they treat me as a valued customer and they care about what I think and what I want. Would I recommend them? Definitely. Even to my Mum.

Weekly Cleaning of a Large House

I have found that this company and incredibly reliable and efficient. I always have the same girls so I feel very comfortable with them in my home. I trust them 100%. They are always willing to undertake an extra specials requests such as oven or fridge cleaning and will do so to a high standard, as is also the case with the entire house. I would highly recommend them to anybody I know.

Regular domestic cleaning

Everyone needs some expert help after a big move. I certainly did! When moving here last year, I looked up and tried 4 different cleaning companies to give some extra support and help. However, the poor quality of the work made having them in more stressful for me than not having any help! I finally found CleanRhome after several frustrating cleaner experiences, much to my relief. Not only are the ladies at CleanRHome professional, trustworthy and accommodating, but they do a job that I would be proud of. It is such a pleasure to be able to come home to a beautiful and clean home once a week. It is definitely a highlight for our whole family to have the extra help and support!
