I may not be the cheapest window cleaner - I don't pretend to be - but I genuinely try to be the best in terms of quality of work, reliability, honesty and courtesy.
I always act in the customer's interest. This is what makes me feel good! As such, with my sufficient hourly rate, I am always looking at how to save the customer money, instead of trying to augment the job/cost.
It is for this reason that my regular customers stay for years (more than 10 years on average). I am, however, also perfectly happy to do one-off cleans.
I don't tend to bother my regular (repeat) customers with feedback forms (unless, of course, they insist!)
