Who are we? We are a recently established family run business who after years of working for someone else, have decided to take the plunge and set up on our own.

Steve, the owner, has been working as a Heating Engineer for over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer his clients.  His reputation is based on honest and reliable work ethics.  Feel free to browse our testimonials - recently provided by various customers who have worked with Steve over the years.

For a fast and efficient service covering all aspects of plumbing and heating, all with a straight forward and personal service, work carried out by a fully qualified, gas safety registered engineer. Our services range from Installation, Servicing including Landlord Certificates, Repairs and Maintenance. Its simple! Plans for the future . . . 

With any growing business - you must have a plan.  As a commitment to our growth, Steve is currently looking into alternative heating also known as "Renewables".  He is attending various seminars and speaking to various experts throughout the next few months with a view to offering this service to our clientele.  Your energy supplier could soon be sending you a cheque for producing your own energy!!

Routine boiler service.

We were fortunate enough to discover Cleda Heating Solutions via a Groupon voucher last year and are very thankful we did! We would thoroughly recommend this company. Steve is very courteous when working, provides an excellent service and the price is very competitive. All in all, no faults at all.

Diverter switch replaced on the boiler.

Steve was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work, previous to the fitting he had come to look at the job and kept me informed of the price of the parts prior to the fitting. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Washing machine installed with new plumbing setup and waste hole drilled/hose installed as neither previously existed in that space

This job seemed a nightmare, it should have been simple but every thing that could have gone wrong for Steve did...its an older house so of course as he got into it, found that nothing had been done well in the past and it made his job ten times harder!! But Steve was great and even though it took much longer than I originally told him it would, he made sure that for every issue that cropped up he resolved it properly for a permanent solution, not just a quick-fix to get himself in and out, but he still kept to the original quote even though what should have been a couple hrs work kept him there almost all day! Throughout he was really friendly and I didn't in any way feel uncomfortable with him in my home, which I do sometimes feel with some tradesmen. I will definitely use him again, and I now consider him 'my plumber/gas man'

Boiler and Central Heating Service

An excellent service from first communication with them until the end of the job. E mail contacts to arrange the work were answred within a working day and phone calls returned promptly to finalise arrangements. Arranged the work to fit in with my requirements. Turned up exactly on time. Very professional, friendly and efficient service and a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks Trevor

Boiler Service

I was a bit apprehensive as the Boiler service was booked through Groupon. However, I had nothing to worry about. Customer service was excellent. Steve was very pleasant and carried out his work efficiently and gave me some very good tips on how to save money in the future. I would definitely use Cleda again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

New boiler fitted

Very pleasant youn man, and very obliging, work was excellent and he knew what he was doing, Quote was very reasonable compared to some others. Also he was quite funny at times. His wife who answers the phone was very nice and always gave him the message and he called back as soon as he was able. An excellent plumber and would highly recomend him to anyone. Mr and Mrs Haines

Boiler service and repair

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very tidy and took time to ensure the boiler was serviced thoroughly, providing advice on improving efficiency as he went. After the service I asked him to return to complete a minor repair on a pipe as he was so reliable. I would definitely use Cleda again as they lived wonderful honest service from the first point of contact all the way through to completion.
