Who are we? We are a recently established family run business who after years of working for someone else, have decided to take the plunge and set up on our own.

Steve, the owner, has been working as a Heating Engineer for over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer his clients.  His reputation is based on honest and reliable work ethics.  Feel free to browse our testimonials - recently provided by various customers who have worked with Steve over the years.

For a fast and efficient service covering all aspects of plumbing and heating, all with a straight forward and personal service, work carried out by a fully qualified, gas safety registered engineer. Our services range from Installation, Servicing including Landlord Certificates, Repairs and Maintenance. Its simple! With any growing business - you must have a plan.  As a commitment to our growth, Steve is currently looking into alternative heating also known as "Renewables".  He is attending various seminars and speaking to various experts throughout the next few months with a view to offering this service to our clientele.  Your energy supplier could soon be sending you a cheque for producing your own energy!!

Heating

Boiler Service

I was a bit apprehensive as the Boiler service was booked through Groupon. However, I had nothing to worry about. Customer service was excellent. Steve was very pleasant and carried out his work efficiently and gave me some very good tips on how to save money in the future. I would definitely use Cleda again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

New boiler fitted

Very pleasant youn man, and very obliging, work was excellent and he knew what he was doing, Quote was very reasonable compared to some others. Also he was quite funny at times. His wife who answers the phone was very nice and always gave him the message and he called back as soon as he was able. An excellent plumber and would highly recomend him to anyone. Mr and Mrs Haines

Boiler service and repair

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very tidy and took time to ensure the boiler was serviced thoroughly, providing advice on improving efficiency as he went. After the service I asked him to return to complete a minor repair on a pipe as he was so reliable. I would definitely use Cleda again as they lived wonderful honest service from the first point of contact all the way through to completion.

Boiler fix and service

The problem was very quickly identified over the phone so he was able to ensure he had the part to fix the boiler when he came. He came across as being trustworthy and funny but the best thing is that he quoted me a really good price for the work and charged me what he quoted. Will be recommending to my friends.
