New Rear Extension
The build took a total of 12 weeks and there were a number of different elements to it. Matt's ability to arrange all the separate pieces of work was a huge benefit to us. The work was done was to a very professional and high standard. All elements of the construction were carefully formulated and executed to ensure they met the exacting building control practices for the local area. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result.

Electrical Work Comprising Lighting / Sockets / Underfloor Heating
M and J Electrical the contractors chosen by Matt were exceptionally flexible undertaking evening work at short notice to keep the build on schedule. They installed internal and external lighting with a high degree of professionalism. In fact they were so good I have already had them back to do a Periodic (10 year check) on my fuse box.

Decking Area
We were unsure whether to have the decking done as we were planning to use plastic composite on the recommendation of Matt which was quite costly. The main reason for advising us to use this material was that we wanted to ensure that there was no real ongoing maintenance of the decking required. We did decide to go ahead and it was well worth it. The deck is nothing short of stunning. It is also very well constructed. The building inspector said that Matt had gone over the top to ensure that it was as solid as possible. Matt also arranged for decking lights to be installed which just add to the most amazing finish. We are delighted.

Install New Boiler and New Radiators in New Extension
Matt used Steve Johnston who installed our new boiler in the garage and then re-routed all the pipes. Another contractor was called in to ensure the gas work was completed to be compliant with all the standard gas regulations. Matt organised all of this on our behalf.
