Did a perfect job without any unnecessary extras. The existing aerial support was still in good condition so was only charged for the new aerial, more than half the estimate of a Brighton based installer.

They were the cheaper of two quotes. Arrived at expected time. Access was difficult for fitter due to house being a new build and back garden was just mud. Fitter was polite and hardworking throughout. Think job took longer than expected but he didn't complain. The aerial was fitted on a new mast on top floor of townhouse above the gutter level. My only disappointment was the sat dish was on same mast but below gutter level which I didn't expect. When we look at of our bedroom we see the dish at eye level which my wife hates. But overall, I would recommend and would use again (but making sure exactly where aerials would be placed. I wish their business success.

(Writing this on behalf of my Mum who's had the work done.) I suggested Coastal Communications to her after reading about the many great reviews of their service.  She's just moved into a new house and, as you can expect from a technically challenged parent, I received the obligatory "my TVs not working" phone call. After some troubleshooting, all roads pointed to poor TV reception.  So after a quick phonecall by her, the guys were round the morning after, bright and early. Unfortunately I don't know specifics about the work carried out but I know that the existing aerial/installation was more than sufficient and just needed repairing.  Hasn't to add, I received a call after from a very happy mother who now had "the best reception I've had in years." Thank you Coastal Communications for making her day!

I was impressed with the speed they answered my telephone call. MY aerial blew down in the gale on 18/1/07 and they replaced it the next day. Very tidy and clean, they took their shoes off before coming indoors. Very polite and wasted no time whilst here. I would recommend them.
