Camera investigation of cavity wall and internal.

Investigation to drain smell in kitchen and bathroom.
The engineer arrived within half an hour of me contacting them and suggested that I buy an over the counter acid to stop the problem.  I did this and the smell disappeared. I was very impressed that they did not charge for the investigative work and did not recommend an unnecessary treatment.  Not only that but I've just had a visit (one month later) from the same engineer to make sure that the recommendation worked. Fabulous customer relations.  Will use them and recommend them in future.
