Main soil pipe blocked by roots as pipe enters ground

The workmen deserved 10/10 for quality but In my opinion feel that they  might have been let down by the office who said that all vans are fully equipped for root damage which they are not. The specialised root cutting equipment was not on the van. Even so the workmen got us out of trouble and I thank them, but they could have done more work with the other equipment

Very polite, charming, explained the problem, gave me a receipt, advised me as to how I should proceed, and didn't want any tea and coffee. He had a nice sense of humour, very pleasant to deal with, and the person who came to do the work was the owner - Greg.
