Drain Unblocking/Advice
I phoned you up yesterday, desperate to find out if you could attend to my external drain which was blocked. You kindly told me that someone would call today at 9.00am, but your engineer called last evening about 9.00pm when I was out to see if he could fix the fault on the same evening. My friend had managed to clear the main drain, but the other drain was blocked. Having spoken to your engineer Paul that evening he advised me to use an old mop and pump it up and down and it would clear the blockage – which indeed it did. I would like to thank you for your prompt, efficient and courteous advice that you gave me and how constructive it was. I was also impressed at how efficient Paul was in coming out that evening as he wanted time the next morning to give his wife a lie in as it was Mothering Sunday – how thoughtful of him. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone and would like to personally thank you for the service you offered, which was exemplary and saved me the call out charge but increased the Good Will of your Company. Incredible amount of drain blockage cleared very efficiently
Brilliant, phoned up on a Saturday afternoon and was amazed to have an engineer at my house within an hour. The blockage was severe and would take some time to clear so Nick agreed to come back at a later time convenient to me. He did the job really efficiently and gave great advice. I asked this company to come and give me a quote on a possible problem with my drains and was careful to check that they gave free quotes.  They arrived as planned and spent about 20 minutes outside (I was distracted at the time and assumed they were investigating the problem). They said the outside drains were blocked and gave me a verbal quote for the cost of a camera survey.  A few days later I received a bill in the post for unblocking the drains. At no point had I asked them to carry out the work, nor had I ever been given a quote for this work, written or verbal.  I felt I had been very clear that I only wanted them to give me a quote at this stage, and I don't feel that they asked me before doing the work on the spot and charging me. I rang them to raise my concerns and was told someone would ring me back. They never called back and instead I received a second copy of the bill in the post.  I paid the bill.

Customer rang to ask the cost of unblocking her drains, which she was given over the phone. She then asked us to attend, which we did and the blockage was cleared. The customer then asked the engineers to quote for a CCTV survey and an appointment was made, which she later cancelled as her drains were now running clear. We have checked drains since and they are still running clear. The price charged was the price quoted. Not sure why the customer is unhappy? We have tried contacting the customer but all telephone numbers are invalid and she has not replied to our letters.

Camera investigation of cavity wall and internal.
