Even though the blockage turned out not to be in our system the engineer put his rods through our pipe to make sure everything was ok. He also waited to see if our neighbour wanted him to clear his pipes whilst he was there. A very good service. Would not hesitate to call on their services again.

Was very impressed with their service, they came the very next day and sorted the problem within half an hour. They were the only company I found who charged a half hour rate which saved me money, they said ¾’s of cases can be fixed within half an hour and sure enough he was done within that time. Was friendly and helpful and even gave us some tips to fix it ourselves in future, rather than call out again. Would definitely recommend to others.
