Cleared drains
Was very impressed with their service, they came the very next day and sorted the problem within half an hour. They were the only company I found who charged a half hour rate which saved me money, they said ¾’s of cases can be fixed within half an hour and sure enough he was done within that time. Was friendly and helpful and even gave us some tips to fix it ourselves in future, rather than call out again. Would definitely recommend to others.

When quoting price, we were not advised of freezer standing over manhole cover, also flooring which had to be removed before work could start. Only quoted for clearing the drain.

Clear drains
When the job was finished the flow of the drains was not as good as we have had in the past. They said that this was down to the poor way the drains were laid they also recommended we had the pipes rescaled. We did not use them for this as the price was too high.

"The site was attended to quickly and efficiently after the initial call. The blockage was cleared and large pieces of compressed scale were evident during this process. Scale build up is a common problem in the area and can only be removed using specialist cutting equipment. The client was given a fixed price to perform this work and declined. In conclusion, we performed the initial task of unblocking the drain quickly and efficiently. the flow of waste after this would never be as good as previously because of the scale build up over time. We offered a long term solution which was declined. Therefore we should be judged on work performed and not on work required but declined."
