From the first quote to the completion of the work, the whole team were very professional. There were no hidden costs and the final invoice reflected what we had been quoted for. The team were very polite and didn't even seem to take tea breaks! Our windows were in a sorry state of repair and we weren't sure if the rotted wood was beyond fixing. But the windows and the front of the house have been transformed, unbelievable actually! Very talented carpenter and decorator.

We've had a bad condensation and mould problem in our home. So far so good with this new system as condensation gone. Hoping this will then prevent mould growing in certain areas in house. Cocoon - very efficient, polite and courteous.
