Response from Combat Windows and Doors:
Due to the nature of the job (roof over living room area), we had to wait for one clear day; weather permitting to complete, therefore pre timing was difficult. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by pre-communication & will work on this in future to ensure our customers are fully aware of the nature of the work involved and the time it will take to complete the job. In this instance, the customer has given us a 9 for workmanship and courtesy. We strive to leave a site clean and tidy which is installed into our fitters all the time, we apologise if it has not come up to our normal standard, as it was very dark when we left the installation. But once again we will bring it to our fitters attention to take more care in future and improve our standards.
