The work was conducted to a very high, professional standard. The work was completed to timescale and to the estimated price. Murray worked exceptionally hard in challenging conditions with other trades on site and tight timescales. I can't say enough good things about Murray. He has seen us through some major issues with the heating system we unfortunately inherited and when that finally packed up was the obvious choice to do the replacement. It's a major job replacing the entire heating system but it really wasn't an inconvenience as Murray worked really quickly to minimise the disruption, left everything neat and tidy at the end of each day and worked to the exact last cent on the original quote so there were no nasty surprises at the end of the job. I would highly recommend him and we will certainly be using him for all our maintenance and heating requirements going forward.

Murray replaced our old back-boiler by a new combi boiler system installed in the loft. All work was done professionally, also the tricky bits and pieces. He took time to examine the situation, explained all details well and turned up at scheduled times. We are very satisfied with Murray's job and would recommend him anytime.

Murray was recommended to us by our builders, we did get two other quotes for comparison. Murray was fairly priced and by far the quickest to return an estimate and detail the work required, he was polite and knowledgeable in answering my questions even before he got the job. He turned up when he said he would and if he couldn't make it he would let us know. Murray is methodical and takes pride in his finished work, the estimate was accurate and the new boiler and under floor heating are working a treat. We are very happy to recommend Murray.

Murray went out of his way to fix our boiler when it failed on one of the coldest days of the year. He stayed late into the evening and didn't leave until the problem was fixed - a huge relief as we have 2 small children.

The heating system was installed quickly and efficiently and it works very well. If ever I have had any problems or questions, Murray has responded quickly, so his after care service is extremely good. PS My heating was installed in March 2008 but I couldn't insert it using your calendar.
