Removal of footfall marks on bedroom carpet left by builders.

Doug arrived early and checked it was convenient to come in. Job completed in half an hour and looks much better. He suggested looking at the carpet in electric light to check if it still look OK and if I was not happy he would return. I have just called him again as our electrician has just walked mud and oil up the new carpet on the stairs. He gave me advice on what to do (or not to do!) and will return early next week to try to remove the marks. He couldn't have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend him.

All carpets in 3-bed house cleaned.

Trader was extremely pleasant and informative and worked very efficiently. He was a little concerned at the finish that there was a slight lifting of the carpet in the middle of the living room, but assured that it should settle overnight but if it had not settled down by the next day that he would rectify it at his own cost. It was fine the next day.

Carpets cleaned in 3 bed Terraced home

Doug was most courteous and his work was of a high standard. He called to check the address prior to arriving and arrived on time. Before starting he explained what he thought would happen with the quality of the different carpets that had to be cleaned. He tidied up when he was finished. He explained what we needed to do to the carpets once he was finished. Most impressed with the service.
