Contract Construction Services is a dedicated landscaping company with staff that have been in the Paving & landscaping business since leaving school which when added together gives us a total of over 50 years experience in the trade. We are very proud of our knowledge of the various ground conditions within Hampshire, West Sussex and Dorset. To counter act these various conditions (with the help of the leading Soil Stabilisation Product Suppliers in the world) we have developed a soil stabilisation method that no other company uses on a daily basis. We believe this is a key factor in ensuring your driveway or patio will continue to look as good as new for years to come which gives us the confidence to supply a five year no quibble written guarantee on all our work.

New legislation states that planning permission may be required for certain areas of paving around the home. We will at all times adhere to the requirements of this legislation and ensure that your paving works will not in any way deviate from the legislation. We will also supply you with written and photographic evidence to prove the correct process has been carried out at the time of the work. WITH OUT THIS YOU MAY HAVE LEGAL PROBLEMS IF YOU WISH TO SELL YOUR HOUSE SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE. Be aware of other companies ignoring the legislation it could cost YOU thousands to correct their ignorance.

Enlarging and improving current driveway by removing small lawn, creating new flower bed, renewing edging of existing beds and installing shingle and block paving.

We were regularly kept informed of the potential start date, which necessarily shifted depending on weather and commitments. We couldn't fault the way they worked and are impressed with the final result. A very good job for a fair price.

Shingle and Paved driveway

First class. Rob and his team started on time, kept us fully informed at each stage and gave good advice on final choice of materials . Replacement of existing block drive and front boundary walls

The laying of the new block drive was a big job of 89 square metres. The result is stunning, far exceeding my expectations, and has been complimented on by my neighbours. The drive work was done by Rob and John; the rebuilding of two 9 metre low walls was carried out by Gary, Jim and Brad - all excellent professionals. All work was carried out to the latest standards, including drainage requirements, and the best quality materials were used. I am happy to thoroughly recommend Peter Frettsome and Contract Construction Services.
