Having researched loft conversions on the Internet, we were left in no doubt that a loft conversion to a timber framed home with a truss roof was a very complex task, indeed. So, we were delighted when Richard Guest of Cool Home Improvements agreed to undertake the job, and at a very competitive price, too. Our loft conversion (with spacious ensuite) was completed ahead of schedule, and to a very high standard, thanks to the professionalism and workmanship of Richard, Will Brooks and the rest of the team. It was a pleasure having such friendly professionals around the home for the three weeks it took. Highly recommended.

Very fast workers, all completed 2 weeks early, and kept well informed of any deliveries, minor delays etc. He uses a large group of specialist teams, carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, brickies, scaffolders, glazers etc, and they all turn up on time and get on with it. At one point we had 14 men on site at once. We would be happy to show anyone the work he has done. They were very tidy, vacuuming each day after finishing, and none of the carpets got ruined. Highly recommended - even my fussy aunt liked the work they had done!

All work carried out by everyone was done in the most professional manner. Everything was completed on time and we found everyone to be very hardworking and very competant in everything they did - they come highly recemmonded!!!!! - and they like cream cakes :)
