Mr Cooper came out on Good Friday morning to check why the central heating had failed to come on. He explained on the phone that if spare parts were needed, he obviously could not get them until the following day. He actually got the heating working during his visit and I can honestly recommend him. Very pleasant, efficient and friendly.

I called and left a message about 1.30 pm. And he got back to me at about 4.25 pm. To find out what the problem was. He arrived at 4.30 pm. And agreed that it was the pump that had broken.
