Mr Cooper came out on Good Friday morning to check why the central heating had failed to come on. He explained on the phone that if spare parts were needed, he obviously could not get them until the following day. He actually got the heating working during his visit and I can honestly recommend him. Very pleasant, efficient and friendly.

I called and left a message about 1.30 pm. And he got back to me at about 4.25 pm. To find out what the problem was. He arrived at 4.30 pm. And agreed that it was the pump that had broken. He went out and bought a new pump and fitted it. He worked quickly, efficiently, was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

Moved Boiler, installed Megaflo system, plumbed new extension to roof (2 bedrooms, en-suite, dressing room, bathroom, landing) re-plumbed all the existing radiators downstairs, plumbed the new kitchen. Re-piped and renewed the gas to the boiler and kitchen.

This work was done over a period of time whilst the new building work was being undertaken. The plumbers did a wonderful job with a virtual replumb of the whole house, moving the boiler, installing a Megaflo system, plumbing a bathroom and new en-suite, two new bedrooms and re-plumbing the existing downstairs radiators. Also moved the gas pipe as the boiler had been moved from downstairs to upstairs and piped gas to the new kitchen hob. They were very obliging, helpful and very friendly, also very tidy. This was a very big job, with other trades in the same space, in a short space of time - terrific!! The whole of the building works took 4 weeks to complete!
