The best thing about this company is that as well as dealing with the problem they advise you on ongoing control and the cheapest way to manage the problem. They were very helpful on the phone when I called with some questions a few days after they'd baited the loft. 10 days later there are no more noises coming from the roof!

No problem at all with the work that was carried out but I felt that the communication side of the job could have been handled in a slightly more professional manner, I stress that the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Having said that there is something to be said for dealing with a small local trades person including a very competitive price. I would happily recommend this trader.

Countryside Pest Control (CPC) didn't actually do any work for us in the end but I had a great conversation with the owner. He gave me honest advice about woodworm which I have struggled to get from other companies and the quotes he gave seemed fair in comparison. If we decide to go ahead with the treatment I will definately go back to CPC.

I always pick my professionals from Check A Trade. On 19 August I phoned Steve D'Aoust re vermin in loft. Even though I live outside of his area, I cannot recommend Steve highly enough as to the time, advice, and confidence given to me as to how to deal with the matter, after he called me back in less than 10 minutes of my leaving a message for him. Steve spent 10 mins+ on the phone to me advising what to buy and how to deal and to give him a call back at any time if I required further assistance. I would certainly recommend Steve just on that telephone call alone.

I telephoned to ask for a quote on work to remove ants nests indoors. Steve called me back within an hour and explained that rather that pay for him to come out I could simply solve the problem myself with a trip to the local d.I.Y. Store and do exactly what he would've done but save myself money. It's very refreshing to find an HONEST tradesman for once and I would definately recommend this company to everyone I know.
