Fixed broken lock on rear garage door.
Competitive estimate made over the phone. Arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and professional! The original plan (and what we had been quoted for) was to grind out the old lock and replace it with a new one. But Scott tried a few techniques first and managed to open the door, allowing him to remove and service the lock and just charge us for his time. It would have been easy for him to have pretended that the entire thing needed replacing and charge us the full amount we had been originally quoted. Really pleased with the service. Would definitely use again!

Came on time, was very helpful and polite! Also thought the price was very reasonable! Would definitely use this locksmith again.

Installed alarm system.
I found Scott and his assistant very professional and easy to deal with. They carried out the work around a number of other tradesmen on site and worked well alongside them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crawley Locks and Alarms for both professionalism and price.

Arrived on time, got down to work with minimum of fuss. Completed the work in a timely manner and cleared up afterwards. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. A very friendly pair and have no hesitation in using them if I need any further work.
